This text is concerned with the needs that architects must fulfill when designing and constructing a building. These needs are arranged in three main areas: First, psychological, physiological and social needs of people that will be using the building. Second, needs of the building: protection of their content, nature resistance, degree of comfort offered by its fluidity and distribution. And finally context needs: correct dialogue with the local culture, environment, economic status, etc…
These needs may change for many reasons because they are dynamic, so the architect has to design flexible buildings which can change with those needs.
